I designed new corporate volunteering products for VSO’s Knowledge Exchange, to maximise the long-term professional and social impact of volunteering on corporate partners and their employees. 

Product Development

I created products and services to empower returned employee volunteers to innovate in the corporate workplace, plus use volunteering to develop performance, job satisfaction and skills long-term. 

Employee Engagement 

I designed products and services to be delivered on existing social media platforms. This enabled VSO to easily build a community of volunteers, plus promote the ongoing engagement of corporates with development challenges.

Income Generation

All the products and services I designed for VSO were packaged and costed according to desktop market research, workflow analysis and cost recovery pricing, ensuring that Knowledge Exchange could achieve financial sustainability.
