I scoped a new corporate volunteering product for AVI to generate sustainable income, plus redesigned operational processes to ensure organisational readiness for change.

Corporate Volunteering

After market research with Australia’s leading corporates and career agencies, I designed a corporate volunteering product aimed at the mid-career market. Key factors emerged after focus group research; lead times and costs had to be reduced. 

Service Design 

I created a new ‘fast-track’ mobilisation process for corporate volunteers, reducing lead times by 50%, whilst not compromising AVI’s risk management standards or incurring changes to existing staff structures. 

Income Modelling

Responding to market feedback, and with careful processing and packaging, a 95% cost reduction was achieved in the delivery of new corporate volunteering products, and new pricing created the potential for AVI to generate an additional yearly income of $3m.
