I guided global teams to create a new counter wildlife crime strategy and business model, including the design of a partnership framework to mobilise diverse resources into global protection sites. 

Pro Bono Model

I designed a new partnership structure to mobilise pro bono support from enforcement agencies, including military personnel, into frontline Panthera teams, to build site protection and counter wildlife trafficking capacity.

Business Planning

I presented a 3 year business plan to empower a small team to implement changes confidently, including timelines, partnership modelling, process and user journey maps, financial forecasts, plus new staff structures and role outlines. 

Operating Frameworks

Through an NABC analysis I highlighted the need for better planning and evaluation, and created a new planning and management framework for all counter wildlife crime interventions, ensuring consistency and ongoing monitoring in all operations.
